Job Description:
The Executive Assistant to the President provides essential administrative support to the executive at the Region/Business Unit President level. This role involves managing a wide range of tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to handle complex information.
What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare, compose, and initiate correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials, and reports.

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.

Schedule and maintain the President’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

Coordinate related arrangements for meetings and conferences.

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
-
Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, provide information, or redirect calls as appropriate.

Receive and direct visitors to the President’s office.

Operate personal computers and relevant software packages (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Develop queries, generate reports, and handle data efficiently.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to the President and the organization.
What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience as an Executive Assistant.

Goal-oriented with a strong ownership mentality and excellent time management skills.

Agile thinker with the ability to see the big picture while outlining and sequencing details to achieve goals.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to create, review, and edit material on behalf of the President with limited oversight.

Strong communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex and sensitive information with multiple stakeholders.

Proactive in determining needs and anticipating requirements.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proficiency in key Microsoft applications (Teams, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$39.60 – $48.40
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
