Summer 2024 Graphic Design/Marketing Intern
Essential Duties
• Assist Elite’s Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator in the creative process.
• Print and organize point of sale such as shelf talkers, wine rating shelf talkers, posters, and more.
• Design and update specialty Elite brands sale sheets for the sales team.
• Work with Elite’s Marketing Coordinator to organize and update our marketing collateral.
• Help strategize content for Elite’s weekly newsletter emails through our CRM platform, Hubspot.
• Help execute and strategize social media campaigns by designing assets and gathering footage of our team.
• Assist with in-office graphic printing needs and help the team troubleshoot when needed.

Skills and Experience
• College student Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, or university with a focus on Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). HubSpot and CRM platform experience is desired but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Online applications.
• Videography, photography, and editing skills are a plus.
• Strong editing, copywriting skills, and printing experience is preferred.
Salary and Perks
• Part time (up to 30 hours a week)
• $18.29/hr, bi-weekly pay dates

Physical Abilities
• Required to sit, stand, bend, and walk.
• Required to utilize a computer, keyboard, mouse, camera, smart phone when working.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
