Position Summary: The OZ Marketing Team coordinates, creates, and maintains collateral for the firms’ marketing deliverables. This includes producing project-specific and non-project-specific marketing content, including print, digital, and web-based deliverables. This role primarily focuses on project-specific pursuits and assists in non-project-specific marketing collateral while leveraging strategy and diverse skills among the broader marketing team to deliver the best results. 

Our department requires a personable candidate who can present OZ and its services in a brand-compliant, differentiated, and compelling way. Individuals must have strong organizational skills, be energetic, and have strong professional writing, proofreading, and graphic competencies. The individual strongly represents the OZ Brand outside our walls and the OZ Marketing Team within.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Firm Leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead marketing product development, including BD resources, Proposals, Interviews, Awards, and Media with clear market intelligence in work product
  • Assist with firm and department-wide initiatives, particularly content production, with an emphasis on moving into successful initiative ownership
  •  Leverage existing internal processes and help maintain CRM, our Digital Asset Manager, cloud databases, etc.
  •  Maintain graphics standards throughout marketing product
  • Address a wide variety of marketing support requests proactivel

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, design, or equivalent field
  • 2-5 years of applicable experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Proficient in various computer applications;
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.    
  • CRM Software (Deltek Vision/Vantage Point a plus)
  • Digital Asset Management Platforms (OpenAsset a plus)
  • Strong professional writing, graphics, and proofreading capabilities
