Employers Council is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team. We partner with employers to grow exceptional, dynamic workplaces by offering a comprehensive set of services.
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, member engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees the marketing team, manages budgets, and ensures alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals. The Marketing Director will collaborate with leadership and service line directors to position the organization as a trusted partner.
Salary Range – $160,000 – $170,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support membership growth and drive service line revenue across multiple departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- In collaboration with the VP of Admin, prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for marketing-related initiatives across departments.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Work Environment
General office environment with opportunities to work remotely. Occasional lifting. Occasional travel for events and meetings. Requirements
Qualifications/Education
Listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
