Seasonal Program Coordinator (Part-Time, Temporary)
Inside the Orchestra is a Denver-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing music to children, cultivating music appreciation, and enhancing education through engaging, interactive experiences with professional orchestral musicians. Learn more about our mission and commitment to equity and inclusion.
We are looking for a Seasonal Program Coordinator to join our team through December 2025. This is a temporary, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week at $25/hour, non-exempt) during our busiest and most exciting season of concerts. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of an energetic team, gain interesting nonprofit and event experience, and contribute to programs that make orchestral music accessible to thousands of children and families.
Position Overview
The Seasonal Program Coordinator will support both concert operations and marketing/communications for Inside the Orchestra. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage details under pressure, and is excited to jump into a fast-paced nonprofit environment. Much of the work can be done remotely, but the position requires in-person attendance at Tiny Tots concerts (which include weekday and weekend mornings) to assist with setup, audience support, and tear down. See a full list of concert dates and locations on our website at https://insidetheorchestra.org/events/
Tiny Tots Concerts are 45-minute immersive, interactive concerts for kids aged 0-7 (and their adults) to get truly “inside the orchestra.” Attendees are seated on the floor and encircled by our 30 piece orchestra. Music selection, program design, and scripting are all geared to connect young children with music – physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Brainstorm creative strategies to expand community awareness and reach.
