Reporting to the Vice President, Communications, the Senior Director works within the Communications function and serves as its lead partner for enterprise impact storytelling. The role builds a disciplined pipeline of stories, data and proof points; develops audience-relevant narratives and content; and helps integrate impact across executive, employee, donor, partner, owned and earned communications.
This role partners closely with the USOPC Foundation, Sport and Athlete Services, Commercial, People & Culture, Government Affairs and other teams to connect organizational strategy and funding priorities to meaningful, consistent storytelling—particularly as the organization prepares for LA28 and the decade of opportunity beyond it.
