Our Associate Director of Marketing and Communications' Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and online advertising to boost visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution and evaluation. Ensure alignment with the school’s overall marketing strategy.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for continual improvement.
- Content Oversight: Collaborate with the content team to ensure all digital content aligns with our branding and communication goals while optimizing user engagement.
- Vendor Relationships: Provide guidance and support to digital marketing vendors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, ensuring that digital strategies complement and integrate with broader marketing and communication activities. Encourage a culture of innovation and ongoing learning within the marketing team.

Compensation Package:

Salary Range: Starting annual salary $75,000-$95,000 (based on education & experience).

- Ability to work on-campus, with occasional opportunities to work off-campus to support project completion and related tasks.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in current digital marketing tools and strategies, and proven experience in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- High proficiency in metrics-based marketing using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred).
- Basic experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Canva.
- Strong technical skills: Google Suite and project management experience preferred.
This role is expected to be on campus the majority of the time, with options to work off-campus periodically to support completion of projects, etc. This role has no direct reports.
