Position Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, digital marketing, PR, and the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, team leadership, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision. Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to position the brand effectively.

· Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Enhance brand equity through innovative campaigns, demographic optimization, and customer engagement initiatives.

· Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing efforts, including social media, loyalty programs, email marketing, SEO, third party delivery, and online advertising. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

· New Restaurant Openings: Develop and execute new restaurant opening plans including agency selection, PR exposure, and friends and family event planning.

· Customer Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behaviors. Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions and improve the guest experience. Integrate platforms where possible to maximize utilization of guest data to plan and execute promotions.

· Team Leadership: Manage, grow, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

· Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media, marketing agencies, and community partners, to enhance marketing initiatives and brand visibility.

· Budget Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.

· Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution of events.

· Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Use insights to adjust tactics and improve future performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the restaurant or hospitality industry.

· Proven history of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.

· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent motivation and communication skills.

Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
