This job provides Organizational Change Management and Communications expertise and execution for Global Business Services (GBS). This role will develop and/or maintain the organizational change strategy and associated deliverables for multiple geographies – namely the Corporate function at Global Molson Coors, the Business Units (BUs) across Canada, UK, US and Romania – and functions that support GBS. The role will be responsible for designing and executing relevant change management and communication activities for the implementation of GBS. There is a need for improved high-level coordination of these activities across geographies and functions to facilitate consistency, which should in turn help adoption. This role leverages OCM expertise and experience to support the business in maximizing buy-in, adoption, and sustainment of the new future state and ways of working of Molson Coors. This role is accountable for the successful planning and delivery of Change and Communications components such as stakeholder engagement, functional communications, organizational impact, organizational alignment, business readiness, change metrics, and learning & development. The job partners with GBS leadership, migration teams, key business stakeholders and Corporate Communications and Public Affairs to ensure successful transition of processes to GBS.
