Job Description
The right candidate would be a self-starter capable of working quickly and with a small team. They should be proficient in packaging and label design, brochure and print material development, web design, photography and editing, video editing, etc. We are looking to evolve and define our brand identity as we expand awareness of, and affinity for, our product. They would be a key player of the brand building process.

Manager, CRM, Loyalty & Engagement

This position is responsible for driving the strategy that will increase the lifetime value of current Royalty members, acquire and onboard new members and increase guest engagement and visit frequency. This role manages the daily operations needed to successfully design and execute Red Robin’s email and SMS marketing programs while maintaining high efficiency and accuracy for guests and our restaurants. Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills to be effective in leading the team and sharing across the organization to secure buy in and alignment. Key skills include clear strategic thinking, data-driven planning, and strong points of view. Must be a strong storyteller and able to make effective decisions based on data-driven research and insights as well as ensure collaboration between Consumer Insights, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Operations, Supply Chain and third-party agencies and vendors.

Operations Coordinator, Cooking Matters

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the State Director and the Cooking Matters Colorado team by organizing and preparing for internal and external meetings, overseeing general team activities, and the operations of the office. This position is a full-time hourly, non-exempt position at 40 hours per week.

Marketing and Communications Director

The Marketing and Communications Director will manage the tactical execution of promotional programs from a creative, strategic and logistical standpoint by interaction with department heads, members and the General Manager. Primary focus of this position is the coordination and delivery of timely and high-quality marketing and communications materials. Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring of DCC marketing strategy and for the management of the creative process including improved efficiencies.

Director of Purchasing

The Director of Purchasing will be responsible for directing purchasing and related programs and services for The Kitchen Restaurant Group; providing information and serving as a resource to others; achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating and developing, implementing and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines; and serving as a member of the leadership team.
