General Purpose of Position:
The Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator supports all aspects of exhibition planning and implementation and organizes logistics related to Breck Create programs on-campus, online and off-site, led by both the Arts Education Manager and the Senior Director of Programs + Campus Experience. The role is responsible for coordinating materials and the scheduling of spaces on the Arts District Campus, which includes five discipline-specific art studios, two guest artist live/work studios, a multimedia exhibition space, and other Breck Create-managed cultural venues. The Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator is a key member of the Programs team who frequently works with Artists, Lead-Preparator, Installation Assistants, part-time Studio Technicians and Patron Services Specialists as well as contracted instructors. This position is part of a dynamic, inclusive, and creative team who are committed to creating memorable art experiences for all.
This role requires in-person hours Tuesday-Saturday and will include some evenings and Sundays based on program and overall schedule and needs.
