Executive Director

Now that the bulk of the capital campaign has been completed and the new building opened, the Center for the Arts Board of Directors is seeking its next Executive Director, to lead the organization and the community into a new chapter, maturing the organization and maximizing the promise of the new facility.

The next Executive Director will need to ​close out the first phase of the capital campaign, bring the organization to a place of financial stability​, and​ lead the staff and stakeholders in building the long-term vision and plan​ for our programs to be sustainably funded and effectively run to demonstrate clear impact in our community.

West Slope Organizer

Organization Summary:
The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC) is a statewide membership-based coalition of immigrant, labor, interfaith, youth and ally organizations founded in 2002 to build a unified statewide voice to improve the lives of immigrants and refugees in Colorado and the United States. CIRC is a 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Code and achieves its mission through non-partisan civic engagement, public education and advocacy to win fair, humane and workable public policies.

Key Responsibilities:
The CIRC West Slope Regional Organizer is responsible for supporting CIRC members with trainings and capacity building to strengthen CIRC membership and mobilizing West Slope regional members in CIRC’s strategic issue campaigns. This position requires extensive travel within the region with frequent travel to Denver and participation in occasional national convenings.

Human Resources Director

Responsible for creating and implementing strategies to support the Ranch mission and employee culture, encouraging strong leadership and teamwork, and driving employee retention.

Executive Chef

The Executive Chef Colorado Mesa University’s restaurant is responsible for overseeing all startup operations and ongoing operational aspects in accordance with the Colorado Mesa University strategic plan. As a teaching restaurant for Colorado Mesa University’s Culinary Arts, this includes ensuring a proper learning environment for Colorado Mesa University students, maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development within established quality standards.

Assistant Director, Communications and Public Relations

As Assistant Director, Communications and Public Relations, the incumbent is responsible for developing communications strategies targeted to a wide range of audiences including the Administration; Congress; the media; various federal, state, and local government agencies; the public, the BLM Director, the Secretary of the Interior, and BLM employees.

Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director manages and provides oversight to the City’s Human Resources department while continuing to be a strategic resource and partner for the City’s internal stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies and policies consistent with the City’s mission and value statements. The Director is responsible for recommending and instituting strategies and goals that further the attainment of the City’s strategic goals.
