Breckenridge Creative Arts (BCA) seeks a Senior Director of Programs + Partnerships to conceptualize, contract and implement visual, craft and performing arts programming for BCA, an entity that serves as both cultural facility manager and multi-disciplinary arts presenter. Reporting to and working closely with the President/CEO, the Senior Director of Programming + Partnerships is a senior level management position responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and coherent programming plan that is market-driven, builds diverse audiences for various genres and disciplines, as well as strengthens BCA’s ties to the community it serves. The incumbent will have extensive experience in arts programming, an interdisciplinary curatorial practice, a wide knowledge of contemporary visual and performing arts, an extensive network of artists and industry colleagues, and a deep understanding of the course and curriculum needs for a multi-disciplinary arts campus

Reporting to and working closely with the President/CEO, the Senior Director of Operations + Guest Experience is a senior level management position responsible for overseeing facility operations, IT and systems, technical production, event logistics, security, safety, building projects, and all ticketing operations and services. Design Editor

We want someone who leads, collaborates and comes up with excellent ideas to visually present our stories in print and online. This job offers a lot of creative freedom. We also want someone who knows words and understand news value to bring a package together. When we need a graphic to accompany a story, you know how to create a static version for print and how to also use tools to create a dynamic version for online. We’re not looking to simply replicate what’s in print on our online website. You need to be a dual thinker in our digital newspaper environment
