Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, fiscal management, administration and coordination of the marketing needs of the Adaptive Sports Center. The Marketing Manager is expected to be an active member of the ASC staff and lead the program and development departments in developing marketing strategies that will assist in meeting the department’s annual goals. Key duties include developing and directing the ASC’s marketing strategy to ensure that the organization continues to be known as a leader in the adaptive sports field, in both the local and national community. The Marketing Manager promotes ASC programs and its mission in order to increase participation by clients, donors and volunteers.

Editor

The Craig Press is seeking a newsroom leader to champion creation and curation of digital and print content for multiple platforms and a diverse audience. The Craig Press publishes Wednesday and Friday and has a continuing daily web presence. Our Editor will know when to roll up their sleeves and jump in and when to assign work to maximize productivity and balance for all team members. They understand administrative duties and processes are an important part of the job and are completed thoroughly, accurately and timely. The perfect candidate takes pride in challenging and developing top talent as their first priority. They will have solid organization, collaboration, critical thinking and planning skills. Creative and innovative, our Editor will consistently seek to improve content, products, workflows and best practices. Engagement Editor

The Steamboat Pilot and Today is hiring an engagement editor to lead digital content and social media strategy and execution. The engagement editor ensures that we deliver first-rate and innovative storytelling through proven digital techniques and that we use analytics to inform content and deepen engagement. This is a journalism role that blends with marketing efforts; you must be comfortable working through traditional walls. Attracts a targeted audience through search, social, email and emerging direct digital reach efforts. Engages and converts online readers to email subscribers, social fans/followers or ad buyers. Maximizes audience retention rate for newsletters, social communities, strong website metrics.

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing all Digital deliverables and leading the Social Media efforts for all Devil’s Thumb Ranch properties, restaurants and activities. The candidate will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer to deliver digital and search campaigns, programmatic ads, social media advertising and postings, and influencer campaigns.

Database Administrator

The primary role of the Database Administrator is to maintain and oversee Roundup River Ranch’s (RRR) donor database, provide administrative
support of the Director of Development and Marketing, support donor prospect research, and work in partnership with our Finance team to reconcile financial transactions. The Database Administrator will work closely with the Director of Development to identify and prioritize administrative needs of the Development & Marketing team.

Facilities Director

The Facilities Director manages Building Management System on a daily basis. Directs, consults and advises on site staff regarding alerts showing on the Building Management System. Advises, supervises and directs ongoing and potential new large maintenance projects. Advises on emergency responses that may arise. Oversees Facilities Assistant and manages contract staff working on all building projects. The Facilities Director maintains the museum facility at all times and is required to be readily available should any potential building emergency happen.
