Provide leadership, strategic and tactical direction for the Copper brand and marketing initiatives. Responsible for the creation and implementation of Copper’s long and short-term public relations, youth, lodging, ticket Colorado, national and onsite strategies, tactics and budgets. This includes success in the revenue generation areas of room nights, skier visits and overall revenue per visit. Responsible for the maintenance of the Copper brand to include design of all advertising and collateral materials as well as implementation of new product offerings. Participate in the creation of the pre-sold strategy to achieve Copper Season Pass and Four Pack sales revenue targets as well as working with Alterra to reach IKON targets. Oversees the PR department, CopperColorado.com, Copper’s social media initiatives, on-resort branding, email & direct mails campaigns and Summit County Marketing.
