Western Regional Coordinator

The Western Regional Coordinator is responsible for supporting and providing quality customer service for all athletes, coaches, and local program coordinators in the Western Region. They are responsible for managing team development in their Region so that teams comply with Special Olympics Colorado policies and standards, and Special Olympics International general rules.

Annual Giving & Events Director

The Annual Giving & Events Director is responsible for the leadership, management and execution of Roundup River Ranch’s annual giving program and special events primarily in the Vail Valley, Denver and Front Range regions. Reporting to and working with the VP of Philanthropy, the Director of Annual Giving & Events will play a vital role in growing philanthropic revenue.

Human Resources and Training Manager

The Human Resources and Training Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide training and ongoing support in the areas of Forbes Five Star standards, Leadership Development, new employee onboarding and orientation. This position is a member of the Human Resources team and will support the day-to-day operation of the department.

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing leads The Little Nell’s annual marketing strategy development, on-going marketing plan execution, development of assets and campaigns, and is responsible for the daily management of The Little Nell’s on-property marketing team. The Director of Marketing will focus on marketing both hotel and food & beverage operations and achieving monthly and annual revenue goals.

Assistant Director of Financial Aid Operations

The Assistant Director of Financial Aid Operations assists in the management and leadership of the Office of Financial Aid. Primary responsibilities for this position include oversight, management, reporting, reconciliation and processing of all scholarships, student employment, and special cohort programs. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance to state, federal, & institutional Financial Aid policies and regulation, and assists in a variety of financial aid processing tasks.

Associate Director of Energy and Sustainability

The Associate Director of Energy and Sustainability is the principal individual responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of campus energy and sustainability programs and serves as the campus’s primary point of contact for energy, waste, and water conservation.
