 Director, Hospitality Sales & Strategy
 
We’re seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Director of Hospitality Sales and Strategy. In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape the future of our hospitality, conference, and event services – driving innovation, operational excellence and guest satisfaction. We’re looking for a person with these qualifications to join our team:
 
Experience
·        Proven success in a senior sales leadership role in a hospitality setting (5+ years).
·        Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams (5+ years of direct management experience).
Strategic Leadership
·        Strong analytical and creative thinking to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
·        Proven track record in program development and strategic planning.
Industry Expertise
·        In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
·        Understanding of market dynamics and economic factors influencing tourism and bookings.
Team Collaboration
·        Skilled at fostering a positive, accountable team culture (leads team of four)
·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
Education
·       Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, operations management, and/or combination of education and relevant experience.
 
Benefits/Compensation:
·       Expected annual base salary range $100,000 to $125,000, plus incentive opportunity of up to 20%.
·       Remote work one day per week.
