JOIN OUR TEAM
The Corporate Engagement Manager is responsible for stewarding EWB-USA’s corporate partners (CPs) after funding is secured, ensuring employees are engaged in meaningful volunteer opportunities that align with EWB-USA’s mission. This role manages corporate volunteer engagement primarily through a streamlined STEM program tailored to corporate partners. The ideal candidate has expertise in volunteer engagement, systems strengthening, marketing strategy, program delivery support, and user-centered design.
This position develops pipelines for new corporate volunteers and strengthens corporate relationships through creative engagement strategies, impactful storytelling, and robust reporting. Success will be measured by increased engagement with CPs, retention of volunteers, and growth of partnerships. This position blends creativity with collaboration, working across teams like Programs to engage volunteers through storytelling, meaningful opportunities, and fresh approaches that strengthen partnerships and drive change.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Steward existing corporate partners once funding is secured.

Build and maintain engagement pipelines to grow and diversify CP volunteers.

Schedule and coordinate Lunch & Learns, ERG presentations, and other tailored opportunities for CP employees.

Monitor corporate “days of giving” and key events (e.g., World Water Day, Engineer Week) to maximize volunteer participation.

Provide timely updates and reports to CPs on engagement outcomes.

Develop new STEM workshops and DIY kits using a user-centered approach.

Manage EWB-USA’s STEM volunteer program as a corporate engagement tool.

Recruit, steward, and train CP volunteers for STEM opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (CECorps, ICP, Support Committees, mentorship) to connect CP volunteers to appropriate projects.

Administer STEM volunteer opportunities and liaise with community colleges and volunteers.

Post and track volunteer opportunities on CP giving platforms (Benevity, ConnectUp, YourCause).

Manage CP dashboards, analyze volunteer data, and provide engagement summaries and reports (quarterly for key partners).

Identify and promote CP-focused events, collect impact stories, and share across communications channels.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience in volunteer management, corporate engagement, or partnership development.

Demonstrated success leading volunteer or outreach initiatives with measurable results.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and systems-thinking skills.

Familiarity with corporate giving or volunteer platforms (e.g., Benevity, YourCause).

LocationPreference may be given to Denver-based applicants. Flexible location options may be considered for the following states (DE, CO, FL, MI, NY, OH, OR, UT). Occasional travel to Denver may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Range: $68,000-$73,000EWB-USA offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, unlimited PTO, 401(k) retirement plan, and a flexible and collaborative work environment.
