About the Role
As an Account Executive at SchroderHaus, you will be right in the center of the work bringing integrated campaigns to life.
You might start your morning updating campaign trackers and ensuring deliverables are moving forward. Later, you could be drafting a media pitch, supporting influencer coordination, or helping prepare client-ready materials for an upcoming meeting.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, loves staying organized, and takes pride in execution. You will support account leads across public relations, influencer engagement, social media, digital strategy, and events while owning key tactical areas that keep campaigns on track.
This role reports to a Senior Account Director and works closely with client leads, agency management, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Support and Campaign Execution
In this role, you will help translate strategy into action. Day to day, you will:

Provide support to account leads across assigned accounts and integrated campaign workstreams
- Assist in executing campaigns across PR, influencer engagement, social media, thought leadership, events and more
- Own tactical areas of execution, including project trackers, deliverable coordination, and proactive next steps
- Support client communications through drafting updates, preparing materials, and ensuring alignment with campaign goals
- Contribute to client reporting, performance tracking, and measurement against program objectives
- Adapt easily between media relations, influencer programming, social support, and account operations
- Provide thoughtful research, competitive insights, and cultural trends to inform client strategy
Capabilities and Deliverables
A big part of this role is creating client-ready work that reflects both excellence and care. You will support:
- Press releases, media pitches, messaging documents, FAQs, and media briefs
- Targeted media relations to trades, consumer, local and business media, connecting relevancy of clients’ business and products to reporters’ coverage
- Influencer program execution including sourcing, contracting coordination, briefing documents, and performance summaries
- Social and digital campaign support such as content calendars, messaging frameworks, and partner coordination
- Client-facing materials including presentations, status updates, reporting decks, and post-campaign recaps
- Deliverables that are accurate, on-brand, strategically aligned, and ready for client use with minimal revisions
- Organized documentation and on-time delivery across multiple shifting workstreams
Agency Growth and Culture Support
At SchroderHaus, culture is not separate from the work. It is part of how we operate every day. As an Account Executive, you will also:
- Support new business and agency growth efforts through research and proposal support
- Assist in preparing meetings for success by organizing materials, coordinating logistics, and capturing action items
- Support the Founder, Head of the Haus, through meeting preparation, pro bono project support, and coordination of internal priorities
- Help coordinate team activities and culture-building moments that reinforce SchroderHaus values
- Contribute to agency reputation, community presence, and thought leadership efforts through visibility and content support
HOW YOU KNOW YOU'RE A FIT
Experience and Capabilities
You may be a strong fit for this role if you bring:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, digital strategy, or a related field
- Experience supporting multiple clients or workstreams and contributing to integrated campaigns
- Strong writing, organization, and project management skills with the ability to deliver client-ready work
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and evolving client needs
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Toggl, Canva, Muck Rack, and Klear (training provided)

Hours, Location, and Compensation
This is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Denver, with a hybrid work model discussed during the interview process.
Compensation ranges from $21.63 to $26.44 per hour (annualized at $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience).
