Rector’s Assistant

The Rector’s Assistant is a ministry partner with the Rector and parish staff, serving as the primary administrative assistant to the Rector while helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the parish. As one of the first people parishioners and visitors encounter, the Rector’s Assistant embodies Christian hospitality, professionalism, discretion, and joyful service.

Meeting Coordinator

The Meeting Coordinator provides administrative support for SME’s conferences, meetings, and related events by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining event records, and registration administration. This role helps ensure event details are accurate, deadlines are met, and stakeholders receive timely and consistent information, contributing to a high-quality attendee experience. This position will rotate to provide front desk coverage weekly.

Assistant to the CEO

The Assistant to the CEO is a critical behind-the-scenes partner who upholds Ball’s standards of integrity, collaboration, and excellence while enabling our top leaders to focus on strategic priorities. You will provide high-level executive, operational, and governance support to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team.
