Vice President of Business Affairs

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Business Affairs reports directly to the President and serves as the Chief
Business and Fiscal Officer of the School. This position works collaboratively with the members
of the Senior Leadership team, provides leadership, planning, and policy development, and takes
responsibility for development and administration of the budget. This position maintains frequent
contact with other departments and personnel, students, vendors, community groups,
governmental agencies, and other outside organizations. This position manages and supervises
comprehensive administrative and educational support services, including fiscal services,
facilities maintenance and construction, risk management, auxiliary and contracted services,
campus safety, security, and other related non-instructional functions. This position may be
assigned additional responsibilities as part of the Senior Leadership team.

Sales Data Analyst

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Data Analyst are to use all available data and analytics to identify opportunities for significant improvements in sales performance, provide analytical support for key strategic projects, and provide reporting to support leadership decision making and customers.

Regional Tourism Act (RTA) And Program Analyst

This position supports monitoring the Regional Tourism Act (RTA) program and incentive calculation and program analysis and administration for other programs within the Business Funding and Incentives Division. This position will work with internal teams to implement and enhance processes, procedures, and internal controls, including financial review and will assist with current program initiatives.

Budget & Contracting Coordinator

This position provides operational support to projects coordinated in the Office of Research (including the Office of Undergraduate Research OUR, the Office Innovation Development & Enterprise Advancement IDEA and the Education Innovation Institute EII). These units share a set of common needs, with some tasks specific to IDEA. Common support areas include budget and contract coordination, general administrative support and webmaster support.

Director of Business Operations

The Director of Business Operations is responsible for managing the daily operations and delivery of services provided by the department to the Auraria Higher Education Center programs. This includes the management of the services and related staff associated with the following program areas: budget Development, maintenance & reporting; agency general accounting functions (payables, receivables, general ledger), purchasing, mail delivery, warehousing storage & delivery; and commercial leasing and revenue contracting. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), this position serves in a critical advisory capacity, providing oversight, data analysis and reporting on daily activities for the agency. This includes providing daily administration of the financial reporting system, and coordinating agency audits.
