Director of Business Support

We are seeking a Director of Business support to join our team. This position will provide
Management and oversight of the three major programs within Business Support: Employee Ownership, the Minority Business Office and the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC).

Director, Business Operations

This managing level position is the business leader that is responsible for the management process by which the region’s leadership ensures achievement of its strategic initiatives, monitors the progress of its business performance, and ensures horizontal and vertical alignment of its activities. This will involve the development, tracking, maintenance, and reporting of key performance metrics (for example, quality, customer satisfaction, financials). In addition, this leader will be responsible for ensuring seamless governance and management of the business through a defined set of meetings which will occur annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily. A small number of business analysts may report to this person, in order to provide support to the management process, and supporting business intelligence needs.

Manager, Small Business Opportunity

Oversees the organization’s Small Business Opportunity (SBO) Compliance Program which includes; Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) components, SBE certifications, workforce compliance programs, small business and labor wage compliance. This position leads the effort to increase small business participation in contracting.

Business Development Rep

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in building GoSpotCheck’s sales pipeline. You’ll collaborate with our Enterprise Sales Managers to strategically source accounts, provide insightful research, and feed the sales funnel.
