Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist within Payment Operations, you will have a significant impact on our overall customer experience and satisfaction levels for day-to-day payment processing service delivery. You will utilize your strong data entry and attention to detail skills to process payment requests for the products they support. In doing so, you will achieve several key performance indicators in adherence of the production payment processing operations such as service levels, manual data entry quality error rate, productivity, quality, and response/resolution time.

Job Description:
Founded in 1985, the mission of Boulder County AIDS Project (BCAP) is to provide support, advocacy, and education to those in our community who are living with or affected by HIV, and to serve as an outreach and information center to prevent the further transmission of HIV. With offices in Boulder and Longmont, BCAP serves Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, and Clear Creek counties with a staff of 13 full-time employees stewarding an annual budget of $1.4 million to implement HIV Care Services for people living with HIV and Prevention Services for people at-risk of acquiring HIV and hepatitis C. Agency operations, messaging, and programming are guided by BCAP’s core values of compassion, inclusivity, person-centeredness, collaboration, and accountability.

It is the responsibility of BCAP employees to support BCAP’s mission, vision, goals, and values. Staff are expected to respect the confidentiality of those who access the agency for information or assistance and personally maintain the integrity of one who is placed in a position of public trust. Position Summary

The Business Manager provides strategic leadership in a number of key areas that are critical to the function of the agency. These are described below and include: Financial Management, Human Resources, and Operations and Facilities. The Business Manager serves on the Management Team, which supports the vision, strategies, and policies of BCAP.

Director of Member Services

The Northwest Douglas County Chamber & EDC is managed by a professional team that seeks an individual who is familiar with sales, development of a sales pipeline, and engaging with prospective members in this new virtual world. Member retention is equally important to this position. Slight knowledge of the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development industry is welcomed (although not required), this individual must have a passion for networking, be creative with marketing outreach for prospective members, and be able to update the Chamber team on current sales of memberships in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, personable, articulate with excellent communications, writing skills, and knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) is a must.

Colorado Lending Source has an internship opportunity available to support our Colorado Main Street loan team. Responsibilities will include assisting the team in reviewing loan files, maintaining loan records and data input into loan management system, impact analysis and other administrative tasks as assigned.
