The Public Works Director serves as the strategic and operational leader of the Public Works Department, overseeing the Engineering, Operations, and Fleet Programs. This role is responsible for directing departmental programs, administering the budget, establishing service levels, and ensuring that the Village’s infrastructure and capital projects are effectively maintained, developed, and executed.
Under the direction of the Public Works Director, the Deputy Public Works Director performs complex professional, managerial, and technical work in assisting with planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing the activities, projects, and operations of the Public Works Department to maintain the quality and safety of the Town’s infrastructure.
