City Engineer

The City Engineer is a working manager responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and supervising the work of the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. The position performs highly complex program & project management that includes one or more functional areas such as design, transportation, development review, construction, traffic engineering & planning, surveying & mapping, and general civil engineering pertaining to roadways, drainage, bridges, and railway crossings. Requires the ability to develop and deliver projects from concept through design and implementation. Develops and implements the Division’s short- and long-term operating & capital plans and programs. Teamwork, strategic thinking & planning and excellent interpersonal skills are highly valued traits required for this position.

Proposal Coordinator

Craft Recruiting Coordinator

Serve as the primary contact for the TIC’s inbound craft recruiting phone line and maintenance of recruiting database/profiles. Provide administrative and recruiting assistance to TA Director, Corporate and District HR support teams. Primary task of English/Spanish high volume inbound calls are routine and require occasional decision making within standard procedures and use of Applicant Tracking System Secondary tasks may include recruiting and hiring support for craft workforce such as sourcing, screening, assisting with spanish interviews, posting jobs, routing candidates, and processing background reports. Represent the Craft Field Support Services TEam and TIC to employees and outside customers for information related to employment. Maintains absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
