Finance Director

Under the mission of DOLA and the Division of the Office of the Executive Director, the Finance Director works in conjunction with the Deputy Executive Director in directing department-wide operations and developing strategic plans, mission, functions, and activities. The Finance Director coordinates efforts between divisions between DOLA and stakeholders, including the Office of State Planning Budgeting (OSPB) and Joint Budget Committee (JBC) staff, and implements department-wide initiatives and policies. The Finance Director solely oversees the budget preparation and execution and oversees accounting and financial management, purchasing/procurement and contracting risk assessment, and implementation. The Finance Director is a member of the department’s leadership team and determines appropriate fiscal, operating, capital, and staffing resources needed in DOLA’s administrative functions; approves departmental financial policy development; and is the DOLA representative to legislative authorities on budget and financial matters.

Manager HR Information System

The HRIS Manager is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Workday HCM application and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data flowing in and out of the system. The HRIS Manager will oversee functions related to user security, business process workflows, functionality deployment and system integrations.

Specialist HR Operations Support

The Specialist HR Operations Support, under general guidance, serves as a first point of contact for HR related assistance and information for associates and managers, our customers. Responsible for taking, processing, and resolving, generally standard inquires on a variety of basic HR topics, providing quality support services with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This role also supports end-to-end associate life-cycle processes including, but not limited to benefits, leave of absence, timekeeping, employment verification and data management.

Sourcing Manager, Network Development

The Sourcing Manager, Network Development is responsible for identifying, contracting, and managing greenfield fiber deployments. Activities will include identifying industry partners, creating and negotiating partnership business models, developing project budgets, and preparing business cases to execute on a final direction. In this role, you will collaborate with planning for full network planning solutions, legal, and finance.

Global Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager, you will work in partnership with the Head of People Strategy, Corporate Center Leader. In this role, you will provide strategic people (HR) guidance and consultation, and support key business priorities for multiple Shared Services client groups. You will partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, and consult with leaders, employees, and cross-functional groups to solve complex organizational challenges.

Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer

The Treasurer, CIO, and Associate Vice President for Budget & Finance serves as an officer of the University and is governed by state statutes 23-20-109 and Regent Laws 3A, 13B, and 15A. This position oversees the activities of the Treasury Office and supervises the following direct reports:

Associate Treasurer, Director of Treasury Operations
Associate Treasurer, Director of Liabilities
Assistant Treasurer/Banking and Treasury Services Manager
Associate Director for Investments and Cash Manager.

Sr. Financial Analyst

Analyzes complex financial data using a deep understanding of enterprise data and finance acumen to produce/review meaningful data based decisions with little to no direction. Assess existing and/or alternative financial performance plans and provides recommendations to management for achieving profit objectives. Mentors department staff and validate department models, reports, and studies. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external resources using a deep understanding of Asset Liability Management, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Credit/Enterprise Risk and Accounting. Responsible for developing credit and interest rate risk models, budgeting, profitability and that department outcomes are accurate. This position may present at reoccurring operational level meetings as a Finance stakeholder.

Product Manager

You will be counted on as a key contributor for its US Payments product team helping drive our go to market strategy. You will work with the leader of the US Payments business as well as the overall product & marketing team to develop and implement key go to market strategies that will help maximize Western Union’s revenue in the domestic payments market.

Executive Assistant

You will form a key component in supporting our Executive in global financial and legal compliance. You will be intricately involved in many of the company’s affairs and play a key role in managing the Executives schedule, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and representing the Executive, as appropriate. You will work with global teams, so a global mindset is essential.
