Multimedia Communications Intern (PAID)

The ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about economic issues and looks forward to bringing these topics to life with creative and clear new media efforts. The Multimedia Communications Intern will report directly to the Director of Communications and create content to drive interest in the Bell’s research and advocacy work.

To engage multiple audiences across various mediums, we would like to find someone who is well versed in video creation and graphic design. Additional assignments may include generating creative digital content, including social media graphics, reports, fact sheets, advertisements, and event promotions.

Marketing and Graphics Intern – Paid Internship – Full Time

The LENA marketing team is looking for an intern to support the development of printed materials and video over the summer, with the potential to continue on part time during the academic year.

Graphic Designer I

• Designs, writes, edits and adapts presentations (slide decks), incorporating audio, video, charts, graphs and animations.
• Writes, edits, adapts and optimizes eblasts, incorporating text, images and links, and applying A/B testing to various elements.
• Creates web graphics for DRCOG’s websites, partner websites, advertisements and social media, using DRCOG’s graphic standards.
• Maintains contact lists in DRCOG’s email marketing software, ensuring permission to email, removal of invalid contacts and coordination with DRCOG’s customer relationship management software
• Tracks email engagement performance and develops reports and briefs internal stakeholders on an established schedule and as requested.
• Confers with appropriate agency staff on their needs for eblasts and presentations, determines alternative solutions, routes drafts for subject-matter expert approval and secures final approval per established workflows.
• Evaluates email marketing and slide deck software and recommends appropriate purchases.
• Fact-checks all work products and ensures they align with the DRCOG visual identity and written styles.
• Ensures all images and text used in eblasts, slide decks and web graphics comply with copyright law and licensing agreements.

Internship- Graphic Artist

Designs and creates high-quality digital artwork for various Jeppesen departments.

Brand Visual Designer

Havenly is looking for an entry level Brand Visual Designer to join the growth/marketing team. This role will support visual design efforts across all marketing channels, including, print collateral, digital ads, social media, email, and other special projects.

Digital Creative Manager

The Digital Creative Manager owns visual representation of the Prologis brand across all digital platforms and digital instances. The job works with and through internal and external stakeholders to oversee and develop visual concepts and final materials. An effective leader in this role will be adept at capturing business requirements, defining and pitching creative concepts, advising on user experience, coming to the table with innovative ways of approaching digital challenges and opportunities. This role will serve as both a producer function and strategist function to drive Prologis digital initiatives forward and elevate the work.

Motion Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic / Video Artist will be responsible for the conception and creation of video content – primarily within the Marketing Department but for other functions as needed. The Creative Team produces quality, detailed work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment. We’re looking for someone whose ideas are as sharp as his/her technical skills and can help us expand the boundaries of our video content. In other words, let’s make some cool stuff.

Senior Graphic and Decor Designer


Lucky’s Market is seeking an experienced creative professional with a proven track record of success in the areas of design and brand management. Our Senior Graphic and Décor Designer reports directly to the Lucky’s Market Art Director, and is charged with helping shape the creative identity of the Lucky’s Market retail brand through national creative campaigns, external advertising initiatives, and in-store décor and fixture design. The Senior Graphic and Décor Designer works with the Art Director to create advertisements, brochures, signage, point-of-purchase materials and store fixtures and design. They are integral in the development and improvement of the processes and workflow of these projects throughout the company. It has one direct report; providing training, mentorship and general support as needed. This person is also responsible for directing a variety of freelance designers to meet the company’s creative needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Co-lead creative and design ideation for Lucky’s Market brand campaigns.
Co-lead design and production of key marketing and decor materials.
Design brochures, menus, ads, sign programs, etc. while fostering a consistent brand identity
Prepare files for print and ensure quality of printed materials
Ensure graphic consistency and marketing program visibility throughout the stores
Uphold the standards of the Lucky’s Market Graphic Style Guide
Work on-site at store openings to execute all signage and marketing programs
Track projects to ensure deadlines are met in an organized fashion
Coach direct report and other members of design team to meet company objectives and individual career goals
