Candidates should have experience in all phases of a creative project, from conceptual development, to design, to fulfillment in addition to having experience producing anything from RFP response, to client presentations, to collateral, to digital. Candidates should also excel at communicating creative concepts and value to clients, and have robust experience working on innovative, integrated campaigns. They should be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed and a dedicated team player.
