The Member Content Strategy & Compliance Unit with the Policy, Communications & Administration Office (PCA) exists to create and manage content solutions for potential and active members of Health First Colorado and Child Health Plan Plus. The unit owns the full lifecycle of member communications on benefits and how to access care and services, including the Member Handbook and member correspondence across the Department.
This position is responsible for the implementation and day-to-day decision-making of the Colorado Renters Stabilization Program
