Head of Technical Recruiting

You will be a strategic business partner to our VP+ Engineering leaders, heavily impacting Gusto’s hiring strategy and ability to bring in world-class talent at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage a team of approximately 15 (FTEs and contractors), including two direct-report managers.

The Director of Human Resources directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the programs and activities of the Human Resources Department, including benefit administration, policy development and administration, employee relations issues, performance management, position classification and compensation activities.  This position coordinates assigned activities with other Town departments, divisions, outside consultants, and Human Resources legal counsel.
