The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for acting as a mediator between the business, recruiters and potential employees. They need to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management providing trusted guidance on opening requisitions and scheduling candidate interviews.

Recruitment and Communications Manager for Online Programs

This role supports online professional graduate programs, with a particular emphasis on the Outdoor Recreation Economy (ORE) and Teacher Leadership (TL) programs. Serves as a coach and mentor to recruit staff to assist in difficult staffing situations.

HR Operations Manager

As the HR Operations Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department that have a systemwide impact, such as matters associated with the State of Colorado personnel system, labor management, professional development, and special HR operations projects.
