Under the direction of the County Manager, this position optimizes the financial performance of the County in order to fulfill the Commissioners’ Mission, Values priorities and goals and is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all of the finance operations and implementing the County’s financial, accounting, budgeting, payroll and purchasing policies and directives.
The Manager of IRIS Communications is responsible for the development and execution of communication campaigns directed to and refined for students and influencer populations (parents, counselors, etc.) to support retention goals for traditional and non-traditional undergraduate populations. This seat will work closely with the Associate Director of Retention Systems to build proactive communication plans and event calendars using IRIS’s CRM system (Slate) and an Appreciative Advising approach.
In this role, you will plan, direct, and oversee the activities and operations of the Public Works Department, which includes engineering, streets, trash/recycling, water, wastewater, and capital improvement divisions. The Director works collaboratively with other City departments and external agencies, providing complex administrative support to the City Manager’s office.
The Director will be responsible for overseeing Public Relations, Digital Media, Social Media, and Marketing Communications strategies, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ brand positioning. Through innovative storytelling and strategic partnerships, this individual will enhance the resort’s presence across key media and digital channels while driving guest engagement and revenue.
