Under general supervision, and in collaboration with the MarCom Supervisor, the Graphic Artist creates, plans and outlines ideas for graphic material to be used in advertising and promoting the organization and its products or services and for use in publications and other outlets including web and social media. Plans and outlines the creative services including graphic design, layout and production, displays and other promotional materials used to promote and advertise all aspects of the District. Assists in the preparation of written communications and correspondence for marketing functions of advertising, business development, and public relations.
