We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the destination marketing and economic development of Snowmass Village as a whole.

Some of the day-to-day duties are listed below:  

  • Strategic development of marketing campaigns

  • Development of visual and written assets to support brand identity and marketing goals

  • Management of design agency(ies), photographers and other contractors to success

  • Specific areas of responsibility include collateral development; local print, digital and radio advertising;

  • Management of the photography/videography program;

  • Event marketing campaign management

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications/skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; focus on Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
  • 4 years communications, marketing or related experience required.
  • Must be computer proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and have design/layout skills in InDesign or Canva
  • Possesses exceptional communication and writing skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Develops marketing strategies based on industry knowledge, brand values and budgets/resources; manages projects to success for timely and effective outcomes.
  • Keen eye for design to guide agency(ies), and ability to execute simple design in-house.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and skill in handling a large variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively with the Snowmass Tourism team, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Experience in managing agencies and associated project budgets and timelines
  • Ability to work non-traditional work hours
