A flexible and creative problem solver who will lead the charge on projects big and small while keeping teams aligned, clients in the loop, and timelines on track. 
You will . . .
- 
Own day-to-day management of medium-to-large creative projects. 
- 
Facilitate internal team workflows – from kickoff and creative review to final delivery 
- 
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects. 
- 
Proactively flag risks and problem-solve to keep projects on track 
- 
Assist Sr. PM in workload balancing and process improvements. 
- 
Keep internal documentation up to date 
- 
Coordinate with external vendors as needed 
- 
Re-balance priorities as projects shift 
You will need to bring . .
- 
5–7 years of experience in a creative agency or creative environment, ideally having exposure to both account and project management roles 
- 
Proven experience managing brand and/or packaging design projects from end to end 
- 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
- 
Experience managing client projects/relationships 
- 
Competence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
- 
Familiarity with creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables in design and branding 
- 
Experience with tools like Monday.com or similar project management platforms 
- 
Bonuses: experience working with CPG brands and experience with Adobe Suite
