Guild is hiring a Senior Producer for the Guild Academy team. Stories are the foundation of Guild Academy's learning approach—they inspire, engage, and empower learners to reflect, share, and grow. We collaborate with senior, highly influential leaders to craft meaningful stories, which form the backbone of our innovative social learning experiences. This role offers the chance to shape compelling narratives that fuel transformative educational outcomes.
As a Producer on the Guild Academy team, you will:
- Lead the creation of story-driven learning content, conducting high-stakes, conversational interviews with influential leaders to uncover untold and impactful narratives.
- Recognize and distill the most compelling elements of interviews to weave together cohesive and engaging stories that drive learning objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from casting and conducting interviews to editing and curating content for optimal learner impact.
- Guide or directly execute video editing, transforming raw interviews into concise, polished materials that serve as core elements of learning modules.
- Work cross-functionally across Guild and externally to identify, source, and secure high-impact storytellers, ensuring a diverse range of compelling content aligned to learning goals.
- Support content organization and management, maintaining a well-curated library of stories to enhance scalability and reusability.

Required Competencies
- Deep appreciation for the power of storytelling as a tool for learning and engagement.
- Proven ability to lead impactful interviews that elicit new and meaningful stories, especially in high-stakes or technical contexts.
- Strong creative instincts to recognize narrative potential and craft cohesive, learner-centric stories from diverse sources.
- Technical proficiency in video production and editing, with hands-on experience using professional tools to deliver high-quality content.
- Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Competencies
- Background in journalism, content creation, or storytelling-focused production or other relevant experiences
- Strong editorial instincts and experience managing content libraries.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $105,000 – $135,000, as well as company stock options.
