We're looking for a Vice President of Digital Strategy to lead our digital transformation and drive impactful results across all our digital platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that encompasses all our online touchpoints, from social media to our website. A key focus will be on crafting seamless omnichannel marketing experiences that engage and inform our diverse stakeholders, including current and prospective patients, physicians, and payors, throughout their entire lifecycle.

Location: Denver, CO- Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Platform Oversight: Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of all digital platforms, including our website, social media channels, email marketing, and other emerging digital tools.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Leadership: Design and implement integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage key stakeholders across their journey.
  • Data & Analytics: Establish and champion a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics to inform strategy, measure performance, and identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Innovation & Best-in-Class Programming: Identify, evaluate, and integrate innovative digital programming concepts, including leveraging generative AI, to enhance user experience, improve engagement, and differentiate our organization.
  • Search Engine Dominance: Develop and execute a winning SEO strategy in a generative AI-driven search landscape, ensuring our organization achieves top-tier visibility and organic search performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with organizational goals, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring successful execution.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage digital marketing budgets, demonstrating a proven ability to achieve significant impact and ROI with limited resources.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, IT, clinical, etc.) and external partners to ensure cohesive digital initiatives. While this role may not directly manage a large team initially, the ability to influence and lead cross-functional efforts is critical.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content strategy, social media marketing, email marketing and web analytics.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing principles and experience in developing integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive digital performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with and optimizing digital strategies for organizations with smaller to moderate budgets.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a keen interest in emerging digital technologies, including generative AI, and their application in marketing and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce and WordPress expertise, a plus.

The Salary Range for the role is $200,000.00 – $285,000.00 per year.
