The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our database. Working closely with different departments, program management and marketing staff, the administrator will identify, develop and deploy new business processes. Throughout the multi-phase build of the platform, the Salesforce Administrator will also be responsible for project management. This role is part project manager, part administrator, and part analyst.
