Job Status: Full time, 40 hours per week (non-exempt)
Shift: Day Shift- some evening and weekend events as scheduled.
Qualifications
- AA/AS degree, or equivalency of at least 2 years additional years of work experience (for a total of three years or more) of total experience if no degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using CRM Blackbaud software
- Experience with volunteer management
- Experience in auction management practices and programs
This position requires one to three years of professional experience – preferably in a fundraising or sales environment.
The Coordinator, Community Engagement and Events will have or be able to:
- Demonstrate strong communication and writing skills with an ability to compose clear and concise correspondence
- Computer proficiency, with working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Direct experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to independently drive to work at different locations or venues on a regular basis
- Experience working in public facing environments with diverse populations
- Ability to apply provided system and tools to stay organized to track and report work and assigned projects
- Able to work with others to produce team driven results
- Ability to adapt to different work locations or venues in support of event driven work
- Produce quality work with minimal errors in a highly productive work setting

Responsibilities
•Provide logistical and operational support of the Community Partner Event Program (Tier 3)
•Provide operational support of the Event Sponsorship Cycle
•Coordinate key support steps of the Courage Classic Bicycle Tour
•Coordinate logistical steps in support of annual auction process
•Provide Signature Event support
•Special Projects
Duties and Tasks Expected of Job
•Professional communication with annual registered event partners to ensure parameters and standards are met (Tier 3 focus as internally defined)
•Coordinate the event and donor information through CRM Donor Management to ensure accurate records and appropriate event support
•Post-event collection and processing of donations
•Coordinates the event donor recognition and acknowledgment process of all Community Partner (Tier 3 focus as internally defined)
•Support Event Sponsorships inbox to provide exceptional customer service and accurate data tracking
•Support the Signature Event Guest Information Collection process as well as Foundation CRM data entry
•Coordinate Unassigned Event donor pledge reminder process
•Coordinate and support sponsorship fulfillment work in collaboration with the Sr. Manager, Events and Sponsorships.
•Coordinate Courage Classic inbox to provide exceptional customer service and timely communication in support of Courage Classic riders, volunteers, and donors.
•Coordinate procurement and execution of tour mechanics
•Coordinate procurement and delivery of key tour vehicles
•Support all operational efforts including pre-event, at tour and post-event duties as assigned.
•Coordinate annual solicitation process including procurement, tracking, and strategic positioning of in-kind donations for all identified Signature Event auction needs.
•Coordinate the execution of event technology (like GiveSmart) in support of Community Partner Events as well as identified Signature Events
•Partner with Gift Processing team to ensure timely and accurate reporting for all receipting/CRM management post event.
•Coordinate all GIK needs and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve results in support of each Signature Event.
•Event set-up, on-site support/staffing, and event breakdown.
•Coordinate communications, timelines, and CRM assignments for Signature Event volunteers, in collaboration with CEE colleagues.
•Other projects as assigned and approved by the Director or Senior Director of Community Engagement and Events

Salary Information
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $50,000.00 to $63,000.00
Hourly Salary Range: $24.04 to $30.29
