Executive Administrator

The Human Resources Department is seeking an Executive Administrator that will provide high quality and efficient internal and external customer service and coordinate project and administrative support. This position will be the first point of contact for HR customer inquiries so the ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm and motivation for customer service. They will also be adept at problem solving, learning on the fly and have an ability to balance multiple tasks. This position will initially be located at the HR Front Desk and will work to find creative solutions that best serve the needs of our in-person, phone, and digital customer inquiries.

Apprentice, Denver Startup Week (Summer + Fall 2019)

The Apprentice, Denver Startup Week will play an integral role in the coordination of the largest free entrepreneurial event in North America. This includes content generation for DSW resources, as well as identification of additional ad hoc resources. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for 80+ venue hosts and more than 500 volunteers. The Apprentice, will also assist the DSW organizing committee in engaging the Denver Startup Week volunteers and attendees.

Apprentice, Marketing + Communications (Summer 19)

The Apprentice, Marketing and Communications will play an integral role in the Downtown Denver Partnership and Downtown Denver Business Improvement District marketing processes, content generation, email marketing, and web updates. This position will continue the implementation of the Downtown Denver brand, assist with the Partnership’s social media channels, and will work with the Marketing and Communications team to execute strategies that engage the Downtown Denver Partnership audience.

Apprentice, General Administration (Spring 2019- Immediate Need)

The Apprentice, General Administration will have the opportunity to shadow and support each function of The Downtown Denver Partnership. This includes but is not limited to, event support in areas such as Member Experience and Public Events—as well as research and administrative duties in the Economic Development department. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for special projects and initiatives throughout the office. The Apprentice, General Administration position is largely administrative and will include tasks such as making copies and packets, answering phones, setting up for meetings, and taking ad hoc requests from program managers.

Membership Manager

The Membership Manager is responsible for the planning, development, management, and day-to-day operations of the CWA’s membership program and related initiatives. The position oversees key membership functions including membership marketing and sales (with the marketing manager); membership administration, membership communications, and reporting.
