Maintenance Technician III

This position is responsible for performing skilled tasks in a variety of trade areas for the purpose of keeping developments and rental units in a decent, safe, and habitable condition. This position performs tasks associated with all construction trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks associated with the repair, replacement and maintenance of furnaces, hot water heaters, sprinkler systems, major and various small appliances.

Assistant Venue Director

The Assistant Venue Director is the management position responsible for venue sales, event production, operations and special projects for the Arts Complex. The position reports to the Venue Director of the Denver Performing Arts Complex for the City and County of Denver.

Division Director – Management

The purpose of this position is to oversee the planning, maintenance, and operation of all CDHS facilities as may be required by programmatic need.  This position regularly makes decisions impacting the non-programmatic operations of all CDHS facilities, including budgeting, staffing, and short and long-range planning.  This position must make strategic decisions based on analysis of current and future conditions and needs of CDHS.

Residential Property Manager

This position performs day-to-day administration, management, and operational duties of assigned residential property(s) with a customer service focus. Collaborates with senior HMD staff to develop and implement strategic and business plans for the assigned residential property(s). Plans, administers, allocates, and monitors revenue and/or expenditures to ensure cost-effective management of the assigned property(s).
