The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Operations is a strategic and operationally focused leader responsible for the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Alterra’s enterprise IT infrastructure services. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple core infrastructure functions and departments, including Enterprise Network Operations, Enterprise Systems Operations, and Database Administration – each led by experienced managers.
Oversee, manage, and maintain the district’s computer, networked device, and telecommunications systems. This includes project planning, product evaluation, installation, training, troubleshooting, and development of internal applications and technical processes.
This role will serve as both the strategic architect and operational leader for all technology-related initiatives across the business. This role bridges industry expertise, IT infrastructure, and business strategy to ensure Rowan has the right strategy, tools, systems, and protections in place to scale securely and efficiently.
The IT Director provides strategic and operational leadership for information technology within a mission-driven nonprofit foundation dedicated to supporting healthcare initiatives. This role is responsible for day-to-day IT operations, data management, CRM platforms, business intelligence, and infrastructure, ensuring technology aligns with the foundation’s fundraising goals and organizational mission.
