Assists the Director of Court Services in the completion of the Director’s duties focusing on project management issues, routine personnel issues, oversee staffing studies and court staffing levels, implementation of statewide treatment courts, and supervises and provided technical assistance to the Court Programs Analyst.
The Policy Director provides strategic counsel to executive-level clients, develops and executes multi-state advocacy campaigns, and anticipates emerging legislative and regulatory issues across all 50 states. This position also plays a pivotal role in business development—ideally bringing existing client relationships or demonstrating the capacity to independently build and grow a personal book of business with minimal guidance.
The Manager collaborates closely with colleagues across the office and external partners to support engagement opportunities that connect the community to the office’s work. The position supports the Outreach Coordinator through event participation and related communications that extend engagement beyond individual events to reach broader and more diverse audiences.
