Internal Communication Specialist

The Internal Communications Specialist’s work is performed independently under the supervision of the Corporate Communications Manager. The role works in collaboration with ELT, department Managers, and members of the Marketing team to ensure internal communication strategies are implemented, while supporting external communication implementation. This position is responsible for overseeing project management activities that focus on developing, planning and implementing communication strategies that align with business objectives.

Community Outreach Program Coordinator, Animal Services Division

This position will oversee the volunteer program; manage community-based events and special animal services programs; oversee offsite adoptions and events; and will assist with the care and treatment of animals in care at the shelter.

Marketing Content Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Internet Commerce, this position is responsible for monitoring, managing and optimizing SEO content, social media, and brand reputation.

Brand Manager, Season Pass

The Brand Manager, Season Pass is responsible for helping Vail Resorts grow season pass sales. This position will develop marketing strategies to grow awareness about the season pass offerings, have a deep understanding of why guests buy season passes, and how to secure commitment before the beginning of the ski season.

The ideal leader for this role will have experience in developing go-to-market plans to drive awareness and sales for a lifestyle product. They will have extensive experience in establishing data-driven KPI’s and using metrics to drive decision making.

Programming Coordinator

Creates and coordinates various forms of program scheduling information for the network and communicates information internally and externally to program suppliers and TV listings services.

Sr Lead Marketing Manager

The Sr Lead Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering sales enablement programs to generate demand and drive revenue for CenturyLink Business. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement campaigns to drive opportunities for partners and indirect sellers as well as managing multiple sales tools for prospecting and upsell. The marketing manager supports the direct sellers in the Alliances segment, and must have a strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.

Director of Advancement Marketing and Communications

The Director of Advancement Marketing and Communications will oversee and manage all marketing and communications efforts within the Office of Advancement. Responsible for implementing strategy and planning for the communications function as a whole, the director performs all aspects of a wide variety of communications projects for purposes including but not limited to: donor engagement, events, stewardship, web communications and publications. The Director collaborates with other members of the University’s Advancement team to create principal and major gift proposals, stewardship impact reports, one-pagers, case statements, brochures, newsletters, event invitations, briefings, scripting and other written materials for internal and external audiences.
