These disciplines will incorporate various skills including technical journalism, marketing, film, television and radio production.

Operating as a mobile, self-contained content producer, the Backpack Journalist combines the responsibilities of a reporter, interviewer, writer, photographer, videographer, audio producer, and digital editor. The position manages the full storytelling process — from identifying and researching an idea through field production, editing, factchecking, publishing, and distribution across digital channels.
The News Editor will oversee editing and production and provide assignment and other support for The Gazette and assist editors at other Clarity publications. Additional duties may be assigned pending operational needs.
