This position is focused on driving the acquisition of new members. The position also has a high focus on outbound marketing channels (email, search, paid media, social). The individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including omnichannel and guest lifecycle marketing, business and channel analytics, guest research and operations business partners, to execute strategies that attract, influence, and convert new members into My Epic Gear.
