The Development & Marketing Director oversees the Events & Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator, ensuring our fundraising and marketing strategies inspire our community to invest in, advocate for, and participate in our mission.

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, entry-level role supporting OIA’s marketing and communications team across digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, content, and design. This person will help execute day-to-day marketing activities, maintain OIA’s website, support member- and event-related communications, and utilize AI tools to build reports, automate reporting workflows, and support content channels.
