This position will support UCHealth's marketing and sponsorship initiatives by managing relationships with sports and entertainment properties, venues, and partnership-specific campaigns. This role ensures UCHealth's brand presence is effectively activated across the Colorado Community while serving as a liaison between external properties, vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver exception results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong partnerships that align with UCHealth.'s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage partnership deliverables by tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Coordinate activations for UCHealth's sponsorships, including signage, hospitality, and on-site engagement at events.
- Attend select events on-site to oversee activations and represent UCHealth professionally.
- Monitor and report ROI for partnership campaigns, leveraging date to optimize future activations.
- Support administrative duties, including routing agreements for approval and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, finance) to align partnership activities with UCHealht's broader marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience using project management tools
- knowledge of reporting or analytics tool (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI)
- ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with artificial intelligence tools for productivity, analytics, or marketing applications.
