Summary:
This position will support UCHealth's marketing and sponsorship initiatives by managing relationships with sports and entertainment properties, venues, and partnership-specific campaigns.  This role ensures UCHealth's brand presence is effectively activated across the Colorado Community while serving as a liaison between external properties, vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver exception results.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong partnerships that align with UCHealth.'s mission. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of deliverables. 
  • Manage partnership deliverables by tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining accurate documentation. 
  • Coordinate activations for UCHealth's sponsorships, including signage, hospitality, and on-site engagement at events. 
  • Attend select events on-site to oversee activations and represent UCHealth professionally.
  • Monitor and report ROI for partnership campaigns, leveraging date to optimize future activations.
  • Support administrative duties, including routing agreements for approval and maintaining organized records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, finance) to align partnership activities with UCHealht's broader marketing strategy. 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related field.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience using project management tools
  • knowledge of reporting or analytics tool (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI)
  • ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools for productivity, analytics, or marketing applications.
