JOB TYPE – Regular, Full-time, Hourly Team Leader; In Location, Onsite; Retail, People and Business Management, Home Furnishing; Communcations, Event Planner; Customer Experience; Store Visitation; Loyalty, Engagement, Community Outreach, Local Marketing Support
HOURS – Salaried, Retail Management Support SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 8am to 10pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published one month in advance
PAY – The starting rates/salary for this position range from $55,665 to $80,715 and will be based on equivalent work experience

What you'll be doing day to day
• Oversees internal communication in the store and ensures coordination of ownership and follow up
• Drives Yammer as a strong internal communication channel and promotes this as a preferred information and inspiration channel among coworkers
• Manages store web page
• Plans, coordinates, and executes national and local events
• Drives a customer-centric shopping experience in and out of the building
• Partners with local community to promote and support the IKEA Community Relations Strategy
• Works with Commercial teams to understand Life At Home activities
