RE/MAX seeks a skilled content and course writer to design impactful and engaging learning content for real estate professionals, franchise owners and headquarters staff. This role must take various inputs and quickly move from concept to final form to create educational experiences for a global network. The content should empower users, enhance their knowledge and apply RE/MAX systems that drive business growth. Ideal candidates have a solid instructional design background and a passion for the real estate industry. As a member of the marketing department, but dedicated to the needs of the growth and education department, this role works collaboratively across various teams to concept, develop, design, flow, analyze and continuously improve learning content.

Responsibilities:
Research, Planning, and Analysis
· Partner with curriculum leaders to define course scope, learning objectives, and key performance outcomes.
· Identify and engage subject matter experts, conducting interviews and focus groups to shape course content.
· Maintain awareness of RE/MAX corporate initiatives and real estate trends, ensuring content aligns with company goals.
Content Design and Development
· Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to develop activity-based, results-focused eLearning and blended learning solutions.
· Create content in various formats (e.g., webinars, modules, videos) to support diverse learning needs.
· Prepare training materials in both physical and digital formats.
· Integrate technology effectively (e.g., Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms) and develop SCORM-compliant content to enhance learning.

Project Management
· Coordinate with the Growth and Education department to align course timelines and project milestones.
· Coordinate with marketing teams for all creative, design, approval and channel adaptations needed to publish and distribute content.
· Gather feedback, monitor course performance, and continuously optimize content for improved outcomes.
· Provide regular updates to leadership on course progress.
· Other job duties as assigned.

Years of Experience:
· 3+ years in instructional design, course writing, or eLearning development.

Preferred Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Journalism, or related field.

Preferred Licensing, Certificates, and Skills:
· Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
· Ability to translate complex topics into accessible, practical learning materials.
· Strong project management and collaboration skills.
· Real estate industry knowledge is a plus.

Hire Range/Rate:

$64,800 – $74,650

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.  The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package.  Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
