Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in foundation relations, fundraising, or relationship management
- Experience managing funder portfolios and advancing relationships through all stages of the giving/grant cycle
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, including proposal and report writing
- Strategic thinking and ability to align fundraising with organizational priorities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to synthesize complex programmatic and financial information into compelling narratives
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple deadlines
- Ideal candidates will be requested to submit writing samples related to job expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 60-80 institutional funders, advancing relationships through prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Build relationships with prospects and existing funders to increase grant/gift size over time
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead or coordinate the development of grant proposals, reports, budgets, and supporting materials
- Collaborate with program, finance, communications, and development teams to gather data and align funding opportunities
- Maintain strong funder relationships through ongoing communication and stewardship activities
- Track portfolio performance, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with all funder requirements
- Maintain accurate records in fundraising systems and support portfolio analysis and reporting

- Detail-Oriented Project Manager: You manage deadlines, funder requirements, and deliverables with precision, ensuring engagement and accuracy across all submissions.
Salary Range: $73,989.15 – $93,727.24
*Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $73,989.15 – $83,858.19 and based on related professional experience
