What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $89,144.00-$147,088. The starting hiring range for this position is $90,000-$101,000. We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees which include but are not limited to:
- A guaranteed life-long monthly pension, once vested after 5 years of service

- 140 hours of PTO earned within first year + 11 paid holidays, 1 personal holiday and 1 volunteer day per year

Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work in office located at Ellie Caulkins Opera house located at 1345 Champa Street, Denver, CO 80204, 3 days a week. This position includes working occasional nights and weekends. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

As the Revenue Development Partner Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between internal and external departments to ensure sponsor fulfillment, while building and maintaining relationships for business development activities related to sponsorship sales.
Specifically, as the Revenue Development Sponsor Activation you will:
- Increase sales for established business development lines or channels thru upsells or renewals.
- Utilizes data analytics to identify growth opportunities for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provides regular and consistent communication including recaps, reporting, and proof of performance updates.
- Serves as an on-site contact and oversees coordination and execution of operational elements including, but not limited to, product sampling, signage, display areas, VIP hospitality, Yoga on the Rocks management, and promotions.
- Performs marketing work by planning, developing, designing, coordinating, and monitoring a variety of promotional and informational campaigns.
- Makes presentations to contractors and provides information on contract policies and procedures.
- Maintain documentation for each sponsor in individualized folders within the sponsor assets drive, including logos, activation images, and follow up action items.
- Maintain CRM (KORE/Salesforce) files for all assigned accounts.
- Maintains a tracking system of contract files throughout the term of the contract, archives all resource documents, and completes reports for management on contractor performance.
- Manages account finances, including submitting invoices, tracking payments and expenses, updating expenses in a database system.

Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:
- Four (4) or more years of experience in professional sports or entertainment sales, corporate partnership development, account management specifically in corporate partnerships, or related work.
- Experience communicating with a wide range of staff and management, contractors, business groups, and the public to share information and resolve problems or issues.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many clients.
- Experience managing relationships with sponsors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong personnel management, communication, time management and organizational skills; Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines.
Required Minimum Qualifications
·Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.
·Experience Requirement: Four (4) years of experience in professional sales, business development, account management, or related work.
·Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
