You will inspire the team, leading them to ideate and push the brand forward, whilst also meeting the commercial needs of the business.  You will lead the vision for graphic, print and materials, unlocking Brand DNA and marketplace distinction.

You will guide the seasonal narrative for each wearing occasion, driving a roadmap for key franchises and new product launches in a way that amplifies Brands DNA, connects to trend and cultural relevancy and drives consumer engagement Globally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire and build the team to do their best work yet
  • Lead the vision for seasonal story curation, driving franchise personality and distinction across all tiers, genders, adults and kids
  • Drive the vision for the line holistically, whilst also having the ability to obsess the details
  • Lead Color strategy, seasonal palette creation and color development process
  • Lead R&D creative input and process for CMG, fueling a pipeline for both short and long-term franchise innovation
  • Lead and develop repeatable tools, templates and best practices
  • Ability to plan for and manage seasonal, close to market and SMU calendar overlap whilst maintaining a highly engaged team
  • Ability to look ahead and plan for external vendor / freelance support as needed

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Expert in building trust and influence cross-functionally with Design, Category Management, Merchandising, Marketing, and Regional partners
  • Top-tier Design Director experience with proven ability working with global brands (fashion, footwear, apparel)
  • 12+ years of experience in related field
  • 4+ years team management experience
  • A high aesthetic taste level with excellent color acuity, top-tier at material selection, and graphics/print curation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Miro software

Title: Senior Director, Design – Colors, Materials & Graphics

Salary or Pay Range: $180,000 – $190,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
