Warehouse 21 is seeking an experienced, autonomous, and performance-driven Associate Marketing Strategy Director to serve as a true strategic partner to our leadership team. This critical role requires a high-performing professional who can fluidly navigate between 30,000-foot brand visions and ground-level execution details, with the maturity and leadership capability to independently run the entire strategic unit during the Strategy Director’s occasional absence.
TAs Director of Brand Management, you’ll build a global strategy, with laddered market and audience segmentation strategies. You’ll operationalize it in partnership with channel leads, ensuring brand and performance goals are met. You’ll define campaign platforms, build out integrated marketing calendars, and write multichannel briefs that bring them to life. You’ll partner with the creative team to ensure insights are acted on.
