Director of Corporate & Member Relations

The Director of Corporate & Member Relations is responsible for leading the overall strategy and execution of procuring and maintaining business community support for EPIC’s mission. This includes the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with corporate and business members, active management of EPIC’s corporate development pipeline and internal leadership and coordination for related efforts.

Relationship & Community Director

Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will lead the team responsible for fundraising and relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations. They will also drive strategy and project management for many of the team’s activities such as campaigns, grants, development boards, systems, results and behavior tracking. Finally, they will directly manage a portfolio of national relationships.

Vice President (VP) of Programs

The Vice President (VP) of Programs is a vital senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, management, and overall success of all programs offered by The Center. This position leads a team of Directors, and ensures their respective teams deliver and develop programs and services to fulfill The Center‘s mission.

Director of External Affairs

Leads the day-to-day operation of the External Affairs Department, including supervision and management of managers and staff, resource management, guidance of external affair projects and Metro’s education, outreach, advocacy and community engagement strategies. Responsible for representing Metro Water Recovery (Metro) in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.

Events and Volunteer Manager

The Events and Volunteer Manager will develop and plan special events that raise awareness, fundraise, and engage donors to support Mercy Housing. Create and develop a centralized management system to receive and process volunteer opportunities. Lead the implementation of regional volunteer opportunities in assigned region that will ultimately lead to increased funds raised.

Community Resilience Manager

The Community Resilience Manager is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), Disaster Assistance Managers and other key stakeholders to support various emergency response efforts within the Operating Company (OpCo).
