Events Manager

The Events Manager is responsible for planning and implementing HSPPR’s signature fundraising events and donor stewardship events for both the Colorado Springs and Pueblo campuses. Manages the Events Specialist position and works collaboratively with all members of the Philanthropy department, as well as members of all HSPPR departments.

Director Strategic Events

Responsible for the implementation and execution of an ongoing, comprehensive fundraising and  development operations, in support of and in concert with the mission of the Foundation and supported  organizations. Leads the development of a comprehensive, annual fundraising plan which responds to  the defined needs of the foundations and supported organizations.

Marketing and Automation Specialist

This key position works collaboratively within the department, and across the University, to implement superior communications and processes that result in maximum attendance at a wide range of events, and marketing campaigns to positively impact the engagement, inquiry rate, application rate, and enrollment of prospective students through communications within the Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Mid-Level Strategic Communications Coordinator

The Mid-Level Strategic Communications Coordinator will support the development and implementation of communication strategies for advancing The Ranch Events Complex Master Plan. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement. The coordinator will also assist in scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing communications logistics.

Regional Community Relations Specialist

The Regional Community Relations Specialist is responsible for the execution of corporate and community events that support organizational corporate responsibility objectives, reputation building and business development. Responsible for all costs, coordination and ensures budget is not exceeded, communication and marketing of each event internally and externally.  This position is responsible for community branding through social media, non-profits and employee events.

Special Events Coordinator

The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the production, facilitation, and execution of youth clinics, coaches clinics, and special events run by Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association.

Events Manager

This position coordinates events of varying sizes and purposes, and provides general fundraising support, including event sponsorship solicitation. A successful candidate must be highly organized and able to work closely with different departments within ACES.

Coordinator 2 – Presenter Services, Conferences and Events

Your position as Coordinator 2 – Presenter Services, Conferences and Events is to support day-to-to operations of AWWA Presenter Services, ensuring multi-event success. Includes database management, data entry, program changes, processes, and procedures for all events. Also to ensure accurate CEU accreditation by leading the AWWA credit code process for all events. Lead Presenter Services operations at events, as assigned.

Event Specialist

Assists with the planning and execution of CoBank events and provides support for administration of the corporate events team. Handles the planning and execution of high-profile events at CoBank Center. Manages relationships and contracts with event technology vendors. Responsible for data management, databases, reporting and building of meeting apps.
