Executive Director

The Boulder Chorale is seeking an experienced, dynamic leader for the newly expanded position of Executive Director. Development Manager

The Development Manager supports City Year Denver’s efforts to reach its yearly private revenue goal through the implementation of external City Year Denver events and management of the Development Department’s fundraising database and internal processes.

The position will report to the Managing Director, Development (MDD). The ideal candidate for the position is detail-oriented and highly organized individual interested in a career in development and nonprofit management. The position will work in partnership with the Development staff to lead and/or assist in many areas of development such as event management, donor fulfillment, and database management for accurate and timely donor reporting.

Program Manager

Working under the direction of the Program Director and with Chinook Fund’s staff, the Program Manager will implement Giving Projects. This includes outreach, networking, and relationship-building to bring new people into Giving Projects; skilled facilitation on topics as varied as race and class analysis, grassroots fundraising, and democratic grantmaking; and one-on-one coaching of Giving Project members in their individual fundraising plans. This dynamic position is a great fit for someone who enjoys doing a variety of different tasks and learning new skills. The ideal candidate has experience with project management, facilitation, grassroots fundraising, community organizing, an excellent social justice analysis, and the ability to motivate and engage volunteers from a variety of backgrounds.

VP, External Affairs

The VP, external affairs is a key leadership position reporting directly to the president and CEO and will lead initiatives that build and execute brand, strengthen marketing and communications, foster strategic partnerships, and expand relationships with policy makers, industry leaders, and other influencers and stakeholders. The position is critical to the fulfillment of NEFE’s mission as we execute our strategic plan focused on redefining financial education.

Description of Job

This position manages organizational, administrative, scheduling, communication, and bookkeeping functions to ensure the smooth operation and continuity of the office, promote CPRA in selected venues, and enable the Executive Director (ED) to focus on executive level responsibilities. Under direction from the ED, this person is a self-starter who works independently, takes initiative to anticipate and resolve problems, provides excellent customer service and develops and maintains office management systems.
