Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) provides visionary leadership for MWF, working closely with the Board of Directors to advance the Foundation’s mission. The ED is responsible for strategic planning, operational oversight, fund development, financial stewardship, community engagement, and staff leadership, ensuring the organization’s continued growth and impact.

Sr. Manager, Digital Experience

The Sr. Manager, Digital Experience, is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the digital customer journey, drive eCommerce growth, and deliver a seamless user experience. Thisrole leads teams across eCommerce, Amazon Marketplace, CX, and Product Merchandising while evaluating website performance and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to align online initiatives with business objectives.

Controller

The Controller serves on college committees and partners strongly with other areas of the College to ensure financial operations operate effectively. The Controller will assist the VP-AS with various special projects including but not limited to: business process review; data analysis and strategic planning; state and federal compliance; development and revision of institutional policies and procedures, and new program development or implementation.

IT Director

The IT Director position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including delivering assigned IT projects on time, working with the business to improve efficiencies, a senior leader, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect an organization’s data, systems, and infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and leading a team of managers.

Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is responsible for the NBCE communication strategy, including internal and external messaging to different audiences across various platforms. This role is responsible for managing and promoting corporate events, Board of Director relations, stakeholder communications, social media, public outreach, and advising NBCE leadership on the best way to deliver messages to our various stakeholders.

Chief Development Officer

This executive position, reporting to the President & CEO, is responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision for all aspects of fundraising, donor engagement, and business development for United Way of Weld County.
