POW is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Finance & Operations to support its budgeting,accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing POW’s finances, including payroll management, supporting benefits administration, budgeting, HR compliance, expense and revenue forecasting and reforecasting, monthly expense and revenue tracking and reporting, and managing bookkeeping, legal, and various operational activities.
The executive director serves as the face of Keep It Colorado, provides leadership, vision and strategic direction, and is responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of policies, procedures and goals as established by the board of directors and as set forth in Keep It Colorado’s business plan.
