Generation Wild of the Pikes Peak Region Coalition Coordinator

We’re seeking a full-time grant funded Generation Wild Coalition Coordinator who is passionate about connecting youth with the outdoors, skilled in coalition-building, and experienced in community engagement. This position will lead a regional partnership of ten organizations dedicated to expanding outdoor access for underserved youth in Colorado Springs.

Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the rental of event/meeting space at our Free Enterprise Center, as well as administrative support across the organization. The successful candidate is exceptionally organized, collaborates well with all departments, and possesses outstanding communication skills. This is an in-office Monday – Friday position, primarily based out of the Greenwood Village location.

Assistant Director

The Assistant Director (AD) directly supervises our Operations Manager and Program Manager, who collectively oversee all shelter and housing staff members. This position is required to regularly monitor staffing levels and performance, program outcomes, shelter maintenance, and represent the organization to external stakeholders, including Board members, government officials and agencies, funders, and other nonprofit partner organizations.

Vice President of Grants

The Colorado Trust is a private foundation that partners with organizations statewide to drive positive change and empower every Coloradan to thrive. The Vice President of Grants will oversee all grantmaking and grants management functions. The VP will guide the largest department at the foundation, shaping and stewarding grantmaking strategies in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
