Director of Operations

Colorado Academy seeks an experienced Director of Operations to join CA’s Leadership Team.To ensure a safe,efficient,and future-ready campus that supports educational excellence.This is full-time,exempt,12-month position reports directly to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing all campus operations across 22 buildings (approx. 300,000 sqft) on a 95-acre campus.Key departments/areas of responsibility include facilities, grounds, security and capital projects

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager supports the Executive Director, staff, and the Board of Directors of Community Foundation of the Gunnison Valley (CFGV) by managing core operational functions. This includes managing or assisting with management of several key areas, including but not limited to: finance, compliance, policy management, office administration, human resources coordination, information technology, program and development support, and general operations.

The COO is responsible for ensuring  efficient, effective, and financially responsible operation of the campus, including facilities, events, marketing, and administrative services. The COO convenes the administrative unit for day-to-day operations and tactical decision making.This position oversees campus-wide operations, manages the Spur operating budget, and ensures coordination across functional areas to support programming, partnerships, and public engagement.

The VP of Operations is responsible for the leadership of hospital operations as directed by the CEO. In addition, the VP oversees hospital operations, construction projects, and physical plant. Accountable for accreditation surveys and regulatory compliance for the hospital. He/She is responsible for planning, budgeting, and organization of various departments to achieve operational and strategic objectives while staying within budgetary guidelines.
