The Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the President & CEO. This position combines sophisticated executive operations support with Board governance coordination to ensure the effectiveness of the Office of the President & CEO.
The OA sets the tone for all who come through the doors, ensuring each guest feels like they have found a place to belong, as well as ensuring safety protocols are followed. Duties and responsibilities also include office administration, building management, administrative support and volunteer coordination to ensure efficient operation of the organization.
