The Asset Management Associate coordinates the day-to-day operations for each property-owning LLC in the Alder Point portfolio, working to align each asset’s performance with both financial returns and impact objectives. This role will work closely with Alder Point’s investment and operations teams, as well as local property managers, community stakeholders, and finance and operations service providers, to maintain on-plan and on-budget operations for each property.
